Discover the Lower Mainland Manufactured Home Owner Association (LMMHOA)
We have championed the rights of manufactured park homeowners since 1968. We were previously known as the Surrey Manufactured Home Owners Association. In January 2018, we renamed to Lower Mainland Home Owners Association. We are a registered Non-Profit society under the Societies Act, acting as the umbrella organization for homeowners in the Lower Mainland.
Who we are:
We are one of the few volunteer organizations whose purpose is to protect your greatest asset – your home.
Covering a vast expanse that includes major cities, towns, and villages along the Fraser River, our representation extends from Coquitlam to Agassiz on the north side, and from Surrey on the south side to Langley, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack, all the way up to Hope. We advocate for homeowners and renters in 71 manufactured home parks, encompassing over 4,100 homes as of the year 2020.
