Park Rules Can Change Only Once a Year

2024 Law change aims to give manufactured | mobile home park residents more stability Effective now, Landlords are only able to change park rules once a year.

The purpose of the Society is to promote the rights and interests of the members of the Association as owners of and dwellers in Manufactured Homes situated on rental or leased pads in manufactured home parks.
